Can you please speak to the connection of ME with connective tissue disorders and their associated problems connected to brainstem compression (craniocervical instability, spontaneous CSF leaks, intracranial hyper/hypo-tension, Chiari)? Is any research being done to try to find out how much crossover there is between ME and these conditions, and how often by treating these potential underlying conditions, ME resolves? Is there any effort to improve differential diagnosis among these conditions?
