How can patients (particularly those who have been ill with ME / CFS & sidelined from our “normal” lives for a long time, and not just those who have been ill for 5 years or less) get to participate in these research studies and even research treatments even if we have no connections and are simply people hoping to be allowed to participate and have access as well?
