Triple Giving Tuesday Launches Next Week!

It’s almost time to triple your impact to help find effective treatments. Mark your calendars! Open Medicine Foundation (OMF)’s annual #TRIPLEGIVINGTUESDAY campaign launches next week! From November 1 through International Giving Tuesday on November 29, you will have the special opportunity to have your donation TRIPLED thanks to generous OMF donors who have agreed to match all donations up to $500,000. 

This year, Open Medicine Foundation’s focus is searching for effective treatments and we need your help!  Ahead of #TripleGivingTuesday (Nov 1), we’re sharing ways you can plan ahead to help accelerate research to find a treatment:

• Starting November 1, launch your own triple match fundraiser! Check out our digital fundraising toolkit to kick off your fundraiser in 60 seconds or less, and tips and tricks for success. (Be sure to let your followers know, all donations to your fundraiser will be tripled!)

• Donate any day of the week starting November 1! Help us get off to a great start – we’re hoping to break records this year as we fundraise for small clinical treatment trials.

• Giving stock. Do you own appreciated stocks? Stock gifts are a great opportunity to support OMF because your gift is mutually beneficial — we receive the full value of the stock, while you avoid paying capital gains tax! Learn more.

• Include OMF in your will. Making a planned gift is an affordable way to make sure your legacy and OMF’s impact continue well into the future. Learn more.

• Spread the word! Encourage your friends and family to join you in creating real impact throughout November by sharing what our mission means to you and why you support our organization (here are some ideas). Make sure to use hashtag #TripleGivingTuesday2022 and tag us so we can share!
